Francesco Mendo
Hi, I’m Francesco Mendo, a professional Padel coach with over 10 years of experience and a strong passion for helping players reach their full potential.
I hold a degree in Sports Science and the highest-level Padel coaching certification awarded by the Italian Tennis and Padel Federation (FITP), combining academic knowledge with years of practical experience on and off the court.
My coaching journey began in Spain, where I had the opportunity to train and work alongside high-level players while also competing at the top national levels. This experience allowed me to build a comprehensive understanding of the game, developing a coaching approach that integrates the four key areas of performance: technical, tactical, physical, and mental development.
After several years of experience in Europe, I brought my methodology and vision to Dubai, where I founded FM Padel Academy.
